Pay attention to your emotional & mental state so that you can start to feel good inside of your body. Learn how to access & trust your intuition.

During Individual Therapy you will find allyship in healing. It is a person-centered, approach towards fulfilling your intention for therapy. The sessions will be deeply rooted in somatic therapy & will hold a mindful/spiritual approach coupled with clinical and evidence-based practices.
All Individual Therapy sessions will be conducted remotely via Telehealth
$150/1hr
