  • Do you take insurance?

    Currently we only accept self pay. We can create a Superbill so that you can deliver it to your insurance company to get reimbursed, depending on your insurance companies agreements.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    Please be sure to cancel more than 24hrs before our appointment to avoid full charge of your scheduled session.

  • Will our session be in person or online?

    All sessions will be conducted via Simple Practice which is a secure televideo platform. Group sessions may be held in person but not always. Please see “Services” -> “Groups” to find out if there are any in person group sessions/workshops coming up.

  • What does a first meeting look like?

    Our first meeting will be a free 30 minute consultation. At this time we will discuss logistics, intention, responsibilities, concerns, confidentiality, etc. We should, by the end of the session, see if we are a good fit for each other. If so, we will schedule your next appointment during the consult.
